Social Strategist



We are looking to add an enthusiastic Social Team Lead to our team of innovators at Agency GWL. If you’re a self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in an agency environment, let’s chat! To ensure success, you should have in-depth knowledge of social media marketing techniques, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the social team with project organization
  • Producing and overseeing social campaigns across platforms
  • Analyzing campaign reporting, providing insights, and implementing strategies to ensure the success of campaigns
  • Tracking daily campaign performance and make optimizations
  • Delegating tasks to the social team, steering the ship
  • Conducting market research and analyzing case studies
  • Preparing presentations and pitches
  • Engaging with clients on an as-needed basis
  • Working closely with the Digital Team Lead to devise content strategy that aligns with the company’s wider goals
  • Helping operate and grow momentum as a competitive and innovative company

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a digital marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of paid and organic social media management, analytics, insights, and strategy.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, reporting, and analytics.
  • Understanding of advanced social media marketing principles.
  • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and great communication skills.
  • Good understanding of office environment best practices.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
