Traffic managers are the glue that helps keep projects — and people — together, all while moving at a lighting-fast pace. They are responsible for planning, organizing, managing and executing projects from beginning to end. The project scope can vary from single pieces of collateral to multifaceted, multichannel marketing campaigns.
This person will also be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company and campaign strategy, commitments and goals. So, to say you must be a multi-tasker is the understatement of the century.
Education/Experience Requirements
A successful candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in advertising, sales, business or a similar field plus at least 3 years experience in project management.

- Lead the planning and implementation of project
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Manage project budget
- Manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Distribute assignments
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Quality assurance
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to account directors and creative director
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
